In the winter of 2000 Girlchef was born in a loft in Milwaukee's Third Ward. Ove the past eighteen years it's become clear to me that Girlchef is less about products and services, and more about ideas and beliefs. Girlchef believes in adventure in the face of scary odds. We believe in kindness, humility, creating and sharing resources, and standing up when it's easier to back down. We believe that food systems can build and reinforce community. It is our goal to provide healthy food, products and services that support economic and education opprotunities withour our city.

She will work with you individually to develop an eating strategy to get you where you want to be and give you all the tools you need to get there. It's okay if you'd like to buy a house without a kitchen, we get it. We can explain the difference between your microplane and your microwave. |
